Curriculum

Unlike other early childhood learning centers, at Prime Time we believe that a creative preschool makes learning fun through games, art and music. Play—not paper work—is the subtle learning medium for young children, and carefully planned and supervised play is the best way for young minds to learn and grow.

Prime Time has its own professionally prepared, comprehensive, thematic curriculum that is developmentally appropriate for each age group. Each program is designed to develop healthy, positive self-images and strong communication skills; encourage self-expression; teach self-control, independence and group skills; and nurture each child’s intelligence, curiosity, joy of learning, and creativity.

What’s more, we understand that each child develops at his or her own pace. That’s why our education professionals assign children to a class based on their general development rather than strictly by age. It is then up to us to challenge that pace in ways that stimulate, engage and entertain our students. We do so through music and art, yoga and karate, dance, computers, and special field trips and activities that entertain and educate.
